MARLEY & ME .... A MOVIE REVIEW by Amy Garrison
Everyone needs to pack up the family to go see Marley & Me! Our family
saw it yesterday. It was great! There is lots of footage of Abby in the doggy
training scenes! AND our very own Ami Romanelli & Jake are movie stars!
They were in many scenes!! I love the scene when Owen is sitting on the
beach and Jake is sitting right next to him (that's all you see on the entire
movie screen)!!! I was surprised by how many Aussies are in the movie! What
a great movie! Be prepared to laugh a lot & cry a lot and be sure to take Kleenex.
Everyone MUST go see it!!

And Ami Romanelli shares some thoughts of Marley & Me:
We all (Mercury Aussies and Family) went to see Marley and Me tonight... I must say, it was pretty neat to see the dog
that I love up on the big screen, every scene we shot was not cut. I was surprised since they actually re-shot a whole day
and we could not be there for it because I had law school finals. I also must say I could not help my cry when Marley got
older and finally passed. All I could think of was the dog who I was so very excited to see in this movie; the dog who has
taken us to the Hamptons, joined us in our travels to the Bahamas and the snow in Colorado. And the dog who unshakably
every day, is there with a smile and a wiggle, and who will one day not be here to hug. One day I will watch this movie
and remember fondly all the joy he brought to our lives. I sure am thankful to have stumbled on Mandolyn's website 6 and
a half years ago ... I could never have imagined the incredible addition to our life that Jake would bring. To my red dog, forever.

It's summer in Chile!
Yesterday we went to the Dunes and Beach with Icon, Hummer, Blake and Kodiak (Blake and Kodiak are GiGi x LaDew sons).

Thornapple Intuition "Mylie" right
Hope that you had a wonderful Christmas! We had a great time with the dogs.
Alice and Mylie have decided that Christmas is their absolute favorite time of year!!
They did not need any encouragement at all to open their presents. Mylie, had to make herself
comfortable first, though! She took her present onto the loveseat and arranged the pillows just right
and then she opened her present. She was SO excited about the whole thing and got very hyper, so
hyper that she actually fell off the loveseat twice!! The girls got lots of new toys, treats and a rawhide
for Christmas. Alice did pretty good with Christmas, she only tried to pull the lights off the tree once,
pulled down both stockings from the fireplace and I also had to put my snowmen decorations away...she
looked very cute sleeping beside them but they somehow ended up with tiny little teeth marks on them!
She is a funny girl!! Happy New Year to you and your family! Angela
