Hamilton Championship Show * 9th March 2008 * Judge Heather Burns of New Zealand.
I took a few photos on Sunday after Nandi's lovely, Best Of Group and
Best Junior of Group wins, it certainly was a good day for the Aussie's
as an Aussie also took Reserve of Group (which is Group 2 over there I
think) and then Di got Baby Puppy of Group with her Zippo daughter from
me. Sorry the quality of the photos are not that great as it was just my

March 13 *** News from Hungary!
Long time I didn't write news about Latte * Thornapple Iced Latte!
In this weekend in Graz she finished her third champion title in Austria,
with CaCa, res. Cacib. So she became Österreichische Champion (Austria Ch.)
Only 6 month after her litter - I think - it was a great job! Our friend Gábor was in
Crufts in this year as well and he shot some pict about beautiful Diablo! I think
Barbi was informed you, that she and Tom will study in the States from end of this
year. Our beautiful Vito (Latte x Rio) from first litter will be there with them. Hope
you can meet there with each other. Big hugs for the family Dora and Eszter

I'm just writing U to tell that my boyfriend received an opportunity to do his PhD
at the Northwestern University near Chicago, in Illinois. If everything goes well,
and if I receive the visa we going to move to the US in October 2008. I wanna ask
U in advance: could we have a possibility to visit U and your kennel sometimes?

MOVIE NEWS from Ami Romanelli!
Jake is making his big debut on the silver screen this December! He is going to be in "Marley and Me"
(after the book) and its set to be released December 2008. Jake is doing all the "beach scenes"...
 
It was incredible to see Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson, and "Mc Steamy" hehehehe,
Jake was in ALL the scenes shot today. One scene he played a very prominent role with me. We were in a scene
 where Owen Wilson and Eric Dane ( http://drmcsteamy.com/McSteamy_Doctor.jpg) were walking down the
beach chasing an adorable Lab puppy (Marley) and Jake was one of two dogs in the scene... One dog was
doing a down stay and the puppy ran up to it and Jake and I played fetch in the ocean... for an hour they
shot the scene over and over... Jake was a trooper, he retrieved his toy endlessly with nice big jumps into the
ocean! He was having a ball retrieving, despite the fact that I could not even say a word to him (since all but
the two stars are silent while filming)... GOOD boy! Then we were walking in scenes or "hanging out" at the beach!

 ... Next shooting day is Thursday.... It was too cool... there was paparazzi in boats speeding by and police
chasing them away.... incredibly fun.... I sure love Jake for the chance he has given us to do these neat things!
 Anyhow, its a closed set and they are super nuts about NO PHOTOS... which stinks but I guess it will be worth
it if he is on a movie in the long run. Ami and Jakeman
