In Michigan, old cars litter the landscape *** In Hernando Beach it's old boats in the front yard!

Perfect place on the gulf for a haircut, a few worms, a hook & bobber & beer & ice of course!

BIG NEWS FROM ALEJANDRA REYES IN CHILE!
JANUARY 20 -- We are so happy!!!!!! We won a lot of awards!!!! Gaspar handled
Icon and I was the handler of Celeste, Dreamy and Hummer :
Celeste won Best of Bred Puppie and Group 2 with the judge Charles Cyopik (Canada)
Icon won Best of Bred Puppie and Group 2 with the judge Paul Stanton (Suecia)
Icon won Best of Bred Puppie and Best of Group !!!!!! with the judge Marco Antonio de Faria Lima (Brazil)

Hummer won Best of Bred Special Puppie and Best of Group with the 3 judges!!!!!!!!:
Charles Cyopik (Canada), Paul Stanton (Suecia) and Marco Antonio de Faria Lima (Brazil)
The judge Paul Stanton told me: "This is the BEST Australian Shepherd in this dog show"
and the judge from Brazil told me: "This puppie is amazing, the best!!!!!!"

Dreamy won Best of Bred Junior and Best of Group with the 3 judges!!!!! :
Charles Cyopik (Canada), Paul Stanton (Suecia) and Marco Antonio de Faria Lima (Brazil).
She won Best Opposite Sex with the judge Marco Antonio de Faria Lima. Plus, the 3 judges give Dreamy a "CAJC"
 (Certificado Aptitud Joven Campeonn in Spanish, and in English is something like "Certificate of Aptitude for Junior Champion").
Well, you need 3 and the dog will be Junior Champion of Chile!!!!!!!!!. And Dreamy won 3 of those today!!!
They were all in shock, the dogs have since 9 months old to 15 months old to win that and Dreamy won at the age of 9 months
old in just 1 day!!!!!  Congrats to our new Chilean Junior Champion!!!!!!!
Tomorrow we have final with all the Aussies.........we hope to win something in the final :) We are so happy!!!!!!!!

NEW ARRIVALS on January 21st!!!  Carolyn Zernick reports in!
My Bailey ** Ch Thornapple Café Mocha ** gave
birth yesterday to 9 beautiful puppies sired by Cruzan!
She has 7 females & 2 males.  She has 3 blue merle
females, 4 black tri females, 1 black tri male & 1 blue
merle male.  All are doing fine.  This is her first litter
& she is being a fantastic mom!  Carolyn

Thornapple Where's The Fire * handled by Stacey Chia Xiang Min
Arson's performance was AWESOME!
He won Best Of Breed, but, he also won Best of Group!!
Twice! He got it for both the morning FCI show and the
afternoon SKC show! Best in show was a bummer cos he didn't
place in it but that's okay. We'll try again..lolz. He free stacked
wonderfully and gaited fantastically. He got excellent for the FCI
show so if I'm not wrong, he's on his way to becoming an FCI champion.
Hopefully by this time next year, he will be FCI, SKC Thornapple Where's The Fire!

As you know past weekend I was in Ljubliana to the show and to visit Blue's breeder.
The judge was Mrs. Beata Petkevica from Latvia - international judge, she was starting
from German shepherds so for her most important is movement !! Blue was judged by her
and she is a very good judge. Slash was alone in baby class and this is his first description
" Very attractive puppy, good bones, correct proportion of head, correct ears, nice expression,
 enough length of neck, correct proportion of body, good angulation in front, excellent behind,
free movement very good presentation: :)) Unfortunately I was not showing him on BIS baby because
 on the ring of shelties there was delay and with the sheltie which I was showing we were fighting
for CACIB an BOB and we won!!!!! Iwona
