Election Day success for Amy & her husband Shane!
Amy gives us the low down on the big hunt!
Shane shot a 10 point buck last night with his bow.  He had a good shot -- retrieved the arrow and proceeded to 
follow a very good blood trail. While trailing, the blood suddenly stopped marked by a single drop of blood then nothing!
Fearing we wouldn't find the deer, I googled "deer tracking dog Michigan." What do you know ... I found a man who owns a
2 year old mini long hair dachshund.  His ad claims Scout is very good at tracking.  Shane felt his buck was worth a phone call
inquiry. Arrangements were made for Rob & Scout to join us in the hunt for Shane's deer. 45 minutes after his arrival, Scout came
through for us! The big buck was found!!!! Scout was amazing .... and cute as could be too!

SINGAPORE NEWS FROM SHERYL!!!!!
There was a dog show in Singapore over the weekend.  It was 3 back to back shows.  We entered 5 puppies for the baby puppy competition.
There were 23 all breed entries!  Arson - THORNAPPLE WHERE'S THE FIRE - was entered for all 3 shows & won Best In Group 3 for two of the three
shows. He also won Best Open for one of the shows.  This means that he will get his AKU Championship as long as he places once more on the group level. 
I can't wait for next year's AKU show! CONGRATULATIONS SHERYL & SAM ON A GREAT DOG SHOW WEEKEND!

Sheryl's beautiful babies are sired by Ch Thornapple Where's The Fire --- dam Thornapple Little Black Dress!
Sheryl is actually studying pet grooming in Lexington Kentucky until January 2009.  Sheryl will join us in January
to travel with us to the Brooksville Florida & Chicago International Dog Shows!  We look forward to meeting you Sheryl!
